Navigate to login.mailchimp.com and sign in with Manager or Admin privileges.
Click your profile avatar in the lower left corner, select Account & billing, click the Extras dropdown in the top bar, and choose API keys.
Click Create A Key, give it a descriptive label such as RhinoAgents-Integration, and copy the full key including the datacenter suffix (e.g. -us19).
