7.1 Google User Data & OAuth Permissions

RhinoAgents integrates with Google services using OAuth authentication to enable automation features that are explicitly initiated and authorized by the user. Access to Google user data is granted only after the user provides explicit consent through Google’s OAuth consent screen.

Data Accessed

Depending on the features enabled by the user, RhinoAgents may access limited Google user data such as:

• Google Calendar events for scheduling and managing meetings
• Email sending capabilities via Gmail to execute user-triggered communications
• Google Sheets or documents selected by the user for workflow automation

Purpose of Access

Google user data is accessed strictly to perform automation actions requested by the user within the RhinoAgents platform. This includes scheduling events, sending emails, and creating or updating documents as part of configured workflows. RhinoAgents does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Data Use and Storage

RhinoAgents follows a data minimization approach and accesses only the minimum Google user data required to perform the requested functionality. Google user data is not stored beyond the duration necessary to complete the automation task unless explicitly required by the user.

Data Sharing

RhinoAgents does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. Data may be processed temporarily by trusted infrastructure providers solely to deliver the requested service or to comply with legal obligations.

User Control and Revocation

Users may revoke RhinoAgents’ access to their Google account at any time via their Google Account security settings. Upon revocation, RhinoAgents will immediately stop accessing Google user data associated with that account.

Compliance

RhinoAgents’ use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
