Free Trial (if applicable)

  • We may offer a free trial period for new customers to explore our Services.
  • After the trial, billing will begin automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase only if you have not used the Services during that period.

What does "Not Used" mean?

"Not used" means:

  • No login activity
  • No integrations enabled
  • No substantial usage of CRM features

Important Conditions:

  • • If you have accessed or used the Services in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund
  • • Refund requests must be submitted by email to support@rhinoagents.com within 7 days
  • • After 7 days, no refunds will be provided, except as required by law

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time after the 7-day refund window.
