3.2 Billing and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are:

  • Charged in advance.
  • Non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Subject to change with prior notice.

3.3 Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software or source code.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or engage in denial-of-service attacks.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

All content, design elements, code, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of RhinoAgents or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data, files, or content ("User Content") you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHINOAGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RhinoAgents, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Service,
  • Your breach of these Terms,
  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
